Mervenor is a senior-led, remote-first engineering company, founded in 2024 and working with clients worldwide. The engineer who scopes your work is the engineer who does it; there is no account-management layer.
01What we do
What we do and do not do
We take over, stabilise, upgrade and extend existing web applications — React/Next.js, Node.js/TypeScript and .NET — and add AI features once the foundation is sound. For partner agencies and the clients we already look after, we build new applications too.
We do not build startup MVPs from a blank page, do not provide staff augmentation, and do not promise 24/7 support.

Remote-first, working with clients worldwide
Founded 2024. We keep one fixed working window, shown below in your own time zone; everything else is async, in writing.
Our hours, in your time zone
We work 03:30–12:30 UTC, Monday to Friday. In your time (UTC) that is 03:30–12:30. Outside these hours everything is async and in writing, with a reply by the next working day.
Scale: your time (UTC)
Live overlap with your working day: 09:00–12:30. That is the best time for calls.

What you will and will not find here
This site makes no claims about clients, awards or results that we cannot show you. Public work is on the Work page. When we have reviews and case studies, they will be here with names attached, and not before.
05Capacity
A limited number of engagements
We take on a limited number of engagements at a time, in order, so that each one gets senior attention from the first day. We say so when we are full rather than over-commit.
